Pure intense and ideally saturated purple color is exhibited by this roval (combination oval and round cut) brilliant cut sapphire. Certified by GIT (Gemological Institute of Thailand) as unheated the sapphire weighs 2.07 carats, measures 7.6 X 6.7 X 4.7 mm, displays outstanding vivid purple brilliance with violet flashes and has excellent clarity. The color is at optimal saturation level which is rich and is a strong primary purple with secondary blue and pink hues. Prong set the sapphire is flanked on each side by a beautiful round brilliant diamond. This traditional and classic ring setting is ideal for an everyday wear ring as the stones are durable, the settings are low and the overall design is stream lined. The diamonds measure 4.0 mm each, are 0.45 carats total weight and SI1 GH quality. The ring weighs 6.2 grams and is sized just a tiny bit bigger than 73/4 (so between an 8 and 73/4).
