Shipping & Returns
Every effort will be made to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of funds. Custom requests such as a ring sizing typically take 2-4 additional business days (although this varies during the holiday season and does not include custom orders). Please note that shipments for money order purchases will take place upon receipt of the money order. For check purchases orders will be shipped upon clearance of funds. All shipments require a signature upon delivery unless other arrangements are made with us prior to shipping (packages may only be insured with signature receipt). Insurance for theft, loss or breakage is available for purchase in the check-out process. Shipping methods include US Postal Services Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery and used by USA APO addresses) , UPS or Fed Ex 1 or 2 day service. Fed Ex Priority First Overnight with delivery by 10:00 am or Saturday delivery (if available in your area) may be requested for an additional fee. International packages are shipped via Fed Ex International Priority Service. Due to security orders placed by credit card will be sent to the billing address ONLY. Under special circumstances with submission of appropriate documentation an alternative shipping destination may be considered for established clients. We guarantee complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you order an item from us and are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 10 days of receipt for any reason. Shipping and insurance fees are non refundable. Items returned must be in the same condition as sent. To return or exchange merchandise, please send it fully insured and properly packaged by USPS, UPS or FEDEX with your instructions for exchange or refund.
