Untreated Cert. Ruby(N)* Half Moon Diamond Ring Platinum

So rare are high quality Burmese (Myanmar) rubies that they rival or exceed the price of fine quality diamonds. A beautiful world class Burmese emerald cut ruby that weighs 1.72 carats and measures 8.08 X5.85 X 3.85 mm is prong set in this elegant and traditional three stone ring mounting. The ruby has excellent clarity, deep rich reddish pink color, expert faceting and sends forth broad beams of colorful pink and red flashes. On either side of the ruby is a half moon cut diamond the offers ideal symmetry and bright white contrast to the brightly colored ruby. The diamonds are 0.38 carats total weight and SI1 EF quality. The platinum ring is extremely well made and weighs a hefty 8.84 grams. The ring is a size 6 (please indicate on your order form if you need the ring sized).
