Rare Princess Cut Madagascan ULTRA BLUE Sapphire (H)* Diamond Platinum Ring 2.50 ctw

I spend days…years… searching and looking at sapphires for the business. I am particularly fussy about the material I get.  I love the princess cut but have not seen any quality material in decent sizes for a very long time.  I purchased this princess cut sapphire for my own collection about 11 years ago and just recently decided to sell it and set it in jewelry for the business.  This is an unbelievable sapphire with the best of absolutely everything.  It weighs 2.22 carats, measures 6.9 X 6.1 X 5.5 mm, has a precision princess cut with no window or dark areas, near loupe clean clarity and the color and luster of the most prized stones.  The color is an ideally saturated very rich cornflower blue and spectacular electric blue flashes are noted throughout the entire stone.  Prong set the Madagascan sapphire’s bright blue color is accentuated by the gypsy set straight baguette diamonds.  The diamonds are 0.28 carats total weight and highly rated VS2 GH quality.  The ring weighs a substantial 8.9 grams and is a size 63/4 (please let us know your size request on the order form).
