Product Details

Another stone from my private collection that I decided to sell (I had way too many).  This is a very rare high quality Padparadscha (the Thai work for Lotus flower which has a blend on pink and orange colors) sapphire that displays optimal rich color saturation that is even throughout the stone with evidence of both pink and orange hues.  Unfortunately the orange hues are not as apparent in the photos. The sapphire is prong set, has excellent clarity (there is one feather noted as a slightly lighter area in the photos, slightly off center, but is not apparent to the unaided eye), precision cutting and superb brilliance.  A balance of orange and pink hues are noted in the stone’s color and bright brilliance.  The sapphire is 1.71 carats, measures 7.10 X 5 X 4.7 mm (slightly deep) and is surrounded by a halo of round brilliance prong and bead set diamonds.  The diamonds are 0.33 ctw, SI1 GH quality and line the ring’s halo and shoulders.  Additional migraine edges lend to a vintage design.  The ring is made with 5.89 grams of 14K white gold, is made by Stuller (a prestigious and well known high quality manufacturer) and is a size 71/4.  Please indicate your size request on the order form. A Padparadscha is the rarest of the sapphire colors.
