They exhibit a strong primary raspberry color with flashes of pink and red noted throughout the stones. They are eye-clean in clarity and are three prong set in 14K white gold scroll design stud earring mountings. Rubellite is far more reasonably priced than other red gemstones such as ruby or spinel.
