Photographs
Photos on the web-site are digital photos of the actual item. Photographing diamond and gemstone jewelry is not without complexities and every effort will be made to offer photos that portray the jewelry and stones as accurately as possible. Photos are taken in varied lighting conditions including indirect sunlight, halogen, and fluorescence in order to provide the most complete and realistic view of the metal and stone’s color, clarity, cut, and brilliance. Artificial white light is predominately used in our photo shoots as it does not rely on weather conditions (as sunlight does), it offers the purest white light, minimizes shadowing and presents the most accurate images.
The camera will capture gemstones slightly different than our naked eye. For example it may separate purple and blue colors in the gemstone when we see a blend forming periwinkle. Certain gemstones are particularly difficult to photograph including opals, tanzanite and color-change stones. I am frequently asked if the gemstones’ color on the web-site has been enhanced or changed through photo editing.
Color displayed in our photos is the gemstones’ TRUE COLOR and photos are NOT EDITED in ANY WAY (they are sized to fit the web page). Premium colored and quality gemstones are selected for our designs and do not need assistance from photo editing nor do we wish to conduct deceptive sales tactics.
Payment Options
Due to security, orders placed by credit card will only be sent to the credit card’s billing address unless our prior approval is received.
Payments are accepted via credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), PayPal, money orders or checks.
Clients selecting Paypal can send funds directly to colorsmphony@comcast.net or wait for our Paypal invoice to arrive (within 1-2 days after placing your order) and proceed with instructions.
If you wish to request a shipping address other than your credit card billing address please contact us for prior approval at which time we will request that you fax to us (603-715-1565) a copy of your photo I.D. and the front and back of your credit card. We must also be able to contact you at the phone number provided on your order form and will verify this number with your credit card company. Special considerations are made for overseas U.S. military personnel (require military e-mail and verified APO addresses) and other individuals at our discretion.
Order Placement
STORE POLICIES SHOULD BE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER. BY PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE STORE POLICIES AS DETAILED ON THIS WEB-SITE.
Orders may be placed electronically through a secure server on this website or by phone (or fax) at (603) 715-1565. If faxing, simply print the order form off the website, complete and send.
Every attempt is made to have the web-store reflect current stock. It is frequently updated to remove recently purchased items and to add new inventory.
In the event that an item ordered is no longer in stock you will be contacted and offered options to fulfill your request.
Returns or Exchanges
We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition as noted at the point of sale. Merchandise that has been sized (this does not include items sized by us) or altered in anyway after the sale, cannot be returned. Items being shipped must be fully insured, labeled as fragile and carefully packaged (omit any terms on the packaging that would indicate that gems or jewelry are enclosed). Please include instructions for an exchange or refund. Refunds, less shipping and sizing charges, will be made according to the method of payment used for the sale. Shipping and sizing fees will not be refunded. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS.
Shipment
Every effort will be made to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of funds. Custom requests such as a ring sizing typically takes 2-4 additional business days. Please note that shipments for money order purchases will take place upon receipt of the money order. For check purchases orders will be shipped upon clearance of funds. Items are shipped with delivery confirmation and signature receipt (insurance for theft, loss or breakage is available for purchase in the check-out process). Shipping methods include US Postal Services Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery and used by USA APO addresses) , UPS or Fed Ex 1 or 2 day service. Fed Ex Priority First Overnight with delivery by 10:00 am or Saturday delivery (if available in your area) may be requested for an additional fee. International packages are shipped via Fed Ex International Priority service. Due to security orders placed by credit card will be sent to the billing address. Under special circumstances with submission of appropriate documentation an alternative shipping destination may be considered.
Special or Custom Orders
Orders placed for custom or special pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is transferable to another item.
Custom and special orders cannot be refunded.
