Photographs:
Photos on the web site are digital photos of the actual item. Photographing gemstones is not without its complexities and every effort will be made to offer photos that portray the stone as accurately as possible.
Payment Options:
Payments are accepted via credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover), PayPal, money orders or checks.
Order Placement:
Store policies should be read carefully prior to placing an order. By placing an order you agree to the store policies as detailed on this web site. Orders may be placed electronically through this web-site, on a secure server, by phone or fax at (603) 715-1565 or by mail. If mailing or faxing simply print the order form off the web-site, complete and send. Every attempt is made to have the web store reflect current stock. It is frequently updated to remove recently purchased items and to add new inventory. In the event that an item ordered is no longer in stock you will be contacted and offered options to fulfill your request.
Shipment:
Every effort will be made to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of funds. Please note that shipments for money order purchases will take place upon receipt of the money order. For check purchases, orders will be shipped upon clearance of funds. Items will be shipped insured with delivery confirmation either via US Postal Services Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) or via Fed Ex 2 day service. Fed Ex priority overnight, next day or Saturday delivery (based on availability) may be requested for an additional fee. There is now an option for our international clients to choose international express Fed Ex delivery for an estimated base fee (if shipping exceeds this base fee there will be an additional charge). Due to security, orders placed by credit card will only be sent to the billing address. Special instructions for sizes and shipments should be included in the comment box on the order form.
Returns or Exchanges:
We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If for ANY reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase within 10 days of receipt. Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition as noted at the point of sale. Merchandise that has been sized or altered in anyway, after the sale, cannot be returned. Items being shipped must be fully insured, labeled as fragile and carefully packaged (omit any terms on the packaging that would indicate that gems or jewelry are enclosed). Please include instructions for an exchange or refund. Refunds, less shipping charges, will be made according to the method of payment used for the sale. Shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded.

Custom Design Jewelry:
Special order or commissioned designer pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit and once customized, ordered, sized or designed may not be returned.
Custom and special orders cannot be refunded.
Placing an Item on Hold:
A 50% deposit may be used to hold an item for up to 90 days, afterward full payment is required. The deposit is not refundable but may be applied to the purchase of a different item or as a deposit for another custom piece.
