Color Symphony Jewelry is not located in a storefront. Clients view inventory via private showings or visiting the web-store. The business operates with minimal overhead. Unlike most retail jewelers who have large expenses related to operating a physical store, including mortgage or rent (mall rent) and staff, Color Symphony Jewelry operates without these thereby focusing resources on providing high quality inventory at prices significantly below retail market value.

Color Symphony's success is based upon established client relations that are developed and maintained through professionalism and trust, quality merchandising and fair pricing. As clients become familiar with the business they discover how costs are creatively reduced. For example, diamonds are purchased via non-traditional venues such as manufacturers' close-outs that occur when these companies discount a portion of their inventory. Diamonds from liquidated or discounted pieces are often removed and placed into our designs. This is a wonderful way to get top quality diamonds at discounted prices (the traditional loose diamond market offers little opportunity for this type of savings).

All stones are natural and carefully selected for color, cut, clarity and cost. Color Symphony does not work with man-made, synthetic, simulated or lab created material. The majority of all colored stones are enhanced through heat. Heat enhancement does not change the qualification of a stone as natural, per leading authorities in the industry including the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) and the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Color Symphony carries both heat and untreated stones and discloses ALL gem treatments to clients. All white diamonds are natural and never treated or enhanced in any way. Colored diamonds are natural and are either untreated or color enhanced.

Color Symphony provides jewelry design services which enable you to tailor jewelry to your specific needs. Designs evolve from listening to clients and understanding their vision and desires. Selected stones are available loose for placement in one-of-a-kind pieces. Portfolios of designed pieces and client references are available upon request. In addition to design services, Color Symphony provides jewelry repair and restoration services. Jewelry is designed with the finest14K, 18K yellow or white gold or platinum (palladium, 14K X1 white and rose/red gold may also be requested).
